Shipping times can change according to the availability of the product, by 7 working days, if the jewel is in stock, or from 20 to 40 working days if the jewel needs personalized engraving or size.
The client will be followed and informed about all the production process until the final delivery. All the orders made on the official website of Romanodiamonds.com or through our Customer Service can be returned by 14 days, but they must be intact in every single part.
