If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, either to report any anomalies, errors, inefficiencies or if they need assistance about items which are not in compliance with the order, we invite Clients to immediately contact ROMANODIAMONDS.COM to the following number and address in paragraph 1.
In compliance with Article 52 of Consumer Code, clients are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal (that is the right to return goods, for any reason, without any explanation to the supplier and any additional cost) within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which clients receive the goods purchased.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised, by giving notice to ROMANODIAMONDS.COM, as follows:
After the request to withdraw from the contract, ROMANODIAMONDS.COM will collect the items from the Client, without any additional cost.
It is possible to make an exchange only for a different size within 30 days from the day on which clients receive the good. Exchange for personalized objects is not allowed.
We must verify that the return is in accordance with the Return Policy, if so, the Client will be refunded.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, not altered or used in any way, with all the protective materials, the original labels and tags (if any) still attached inside the original packaging of ROMANODIAMONDS in the return package, with all the accessories and documents. The Warranty Seal with the Security thread must not be cut or broken, as regards to all the other items, inside the packaging, that must be returned intact and not damaged, in case of altered or non-standard returns, items will not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items have been altered or used in any way and show any signs of use in comparison to the original condition or, also, to deduct the refund amount.
If free objects have been included in the order, they must be returned with the products.
Each return will be subjected to Quality Check, in order to verify if the returns have all the necessary requirements. In case of non-standard items, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Client. If the returned items have the necessary requirements, the Client will be refunded.
If Clients do not respect these Selling Conditions, we will refuse the return and we will send it back to the Client, at his/her expense.
Responsibility to prove the right of withdrawal is up to the Client.
In case of withdrawal, the obligations of the Parties fall. Particularly, the Client will be refunded of the total amount of the order within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which Clients receive the goods from ROMANODIAMONDS.COM. Refunds will be issued by ROMANODIAMONDS.COM in the same method of payment used by the Client to pay the order, unless otherwise specified by Client.
It is noted that in compliance with the Regulation (UE) n. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of May 21, 2013 related to the resolution of consumer’s online disputes and that modifies the Regulation (CE) n. 2006/2004 and the legislation 2009/22/CE (regulation about ODR for the consumers) and the Recommendation of the Council on Consumer Protection in e-commerce of March 24, 2016 (C2016-13), the consumer has the right to use the “ODR” platform provided by the European Commission to find an out-of-court solution, if Clients have problems with an online purchase. This platform can be used by consumers residing in the European Union, Norway, Island, Liechtenstein and the seller (in this case: ROMANODIAMONDS.COM) residing in the European Union, Norway, Island and Liechtenstein.
